How you can use this site
There are many collaboration tools on this site, because we all have a preferred mode of how we like to observe and/or interact. We'll tweak it over time as a result of your feedback, and attempt to provide regular overview summaries of what's happened in all areas of the site.
This site is developed with open source tools which allow interaction with nearly every component - you can comment and add to just about anything - and that is exactly what we want you to do.
The main areas you would want to visit often are:
- Facts & Figures - important information about the make-up of our area, our rights, relevant laws and planning codes, people to contact, and local community organisations.
- News & Opinions - media articles and opinion pieces of relevance will be here.
- What You Can Do - this is the section where tips and information will be available on what individuals can do to assist change. Let's call it the personal empowerment page! Of course you are encouraged to add your ideas here too.
